Delete your data

Contexto: Guess the Word has no accounts. Here's how to remove everything connected to you.

On your device

Your guesses, streaks, statistics and settings live only on your device. Uninstall the app (or clear its storage on Android) and they are deleted immediately.

Purchase records

If you bought Contexto Plus, RevenueCat keeps an anonymous app user ID and the purchase receipt so you can restore it. To have this deleted, email [email protected] with the subject "Contexto data deletion" and, if you can, the store order ID. We delete it within 30 days. Apple and Google keep their own record of the order under their policies.

Advertising data

Ad data is held by Google AdMob, not by us. Reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads), or turn off tracking on iOS (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). In the app, Settings → Ad privacy choices lets EEA/UK users change consent.

Server logs

Our server stores no guesses or identifiers. Short-lived technical logs (IP address, request time) are deleted automatically within 30 days.
